Responsible for developing B2B sales strategy, managing a sales team, and identifying new business opportunities in various markets. Develop and execute B2B sales strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Identify new business opportunities in corporate, commercial, government, education, and project-based markets.
Manage and coach the sales team to hit individual & team KPIs.
Oversee end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiation & closing.
Build strong relationships with key decision-makers, including architects, interior designers, contractors, developers, and end-users.
Wide network with potential clients.
Manage team’s project timelines.
Update regular reports to the management team.
