Job summary

A leading skincare company in Bandung is seeking an experienced Sales Supervisor to promote products and manage distribution channels in the Tasikmalaya and Garut areas. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience in FMCG, a Bachelor's degree, and strong negotiation and leadership skills. This role requires travel and offers a competitive salary.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of working experience in the related field, preferably in Sales - Retail/General.
• Experience in FMCG Industry, especially in Personal Care & Skincare Products.
• Experience managing distribution channels (GT, MTI, & KA) for Tasikmalaya & Garut area.
• Preferably under 36 years old.

Responsibilities

• Sell and promote products to channel participants.
• Manage selling process and partner relationships.
• Administer sales policies to meet sales goals.
• Make daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Monitor and evaluate productivity of Salesmen and Distributor.

• Administers sales policies and programs to meet sales and profit goals for the territory.
• Making daily, weekly and monthly report.
• Monitoring and evaluating productivity of Salesmen and Distributor.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Preferably Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent, especially in FMCG Industry (Personal Care & Skincare Products).
• Required Skill(s): Negotiation skill, Analytical Thinking, Leadership, Market Knowledge, Distribution Management, Sales Data Report.
