  • Acquire and manage new customers in designated areas.
  • Promote and sell Vividaqua products while achieving sales targets.
  • Prepare and submit sales activity reports regularly.
Job description

Conduct daily canvassing to acquire new customers (households, offices, shops, commercial areas).

Sell Vividaqua gallon products and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Promote ongoing campaigns, subscription packages, and sales programs.

Perform customer follow-ups to increase repeat orders.

B. Area & Territory Management

Conduct area mapping to identify residential clusters, commercial areas, and high-potential customer segments.

Develop the assigned area to ensure continuous growth in customer acquisition.

Ensure product distribution runs effectively within the designated territory.

Monitor competitor activities within the area.

C. Customer Service & Relationship Management

Maintain good relationships with existing customers to strengthen loyalty.

Handle customer complaints and coordinate with the Operations team when needed.

Provide clear explanations regarding product quality and the safety of Vividaqua gallon products.

D. Administration & Reporting

Prepare accurate daily sales activity reports.

Input new customer data and partnership leads into the company system or designated format.

Submit weekly progress reports regarding sales achievements and territory development.

E. Partnership & Business Development Support

Identify potential agents/sub-agents within the territory.

Provide basic explanations about the Vividaqua partnership program.

Transfer qualified partnership leads to the Business Development team.
