Job summary

A leading beauty company in Bogor is searching for an Area Sales & Promotion Supervisor to enhance distributor sales and ensure target achievement. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the beauty industry. Responsibilities include monitoring sales performance, executing promotional programs, and developing forecasts. Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years as Area Sales Supervisor or Team Leader, preferably in beauty.
  • Willingness to work mobile and monitor sales areas.
  • Ability to work with targets and requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Increase sales in the assigned area by distributors.
  • Monitor distributor sales and ensure targets are met.
  • Ensure promotion programs are executed correctly.
  • Develop monthly forecasts for distributors.

We are incubating more and more business models on our platform and aim to be a strong regional player in beauty, within the South Asia region.

Responsibilities:

Increase sales in the area that is tasked by each distributor.

Monitor distributor sales, ensure target is reached.

Monitor promotion programs ensuring execution is right on target.

Arrange call plan and salesman sales target.

Monitor salesman target achievement.

Develop monthly forecasts and PO realisation for distributors.

Attain report updates regularly from distributors (SI, SO, toko pareto).

Participate in monitoring the store's account receivable.

Ensure all distributor claims are in accordance with the designated provision

Deliver sales report (SO distributor) weekly and monthly.

Requirements:

  • Have min. 2 years of experience as Area Sales SPV/Team Leader (beauty industry will be a plus)

Willing to work mobile to monitor areas

Able to work with target

Willing to be rotated in any areas
