Job description

This role will be under Blibli OMG, one of Blibli's Business Unit that operates in Offline Retail and Distribution.

As Area Sales Manager you will be responsible to identify new clients and sources of business within an assigned territory. You will seek and follow leads and referrals and regularly follow-up with existing and potential new clients.

Job Responsibility
  • Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
  • Indentify new opportunity that can growth sales and achievement
  • Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of competition status
  • Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
Qualification
  • Min. Bachelor Degree from related field
  • Min 3 years experience as Area Manager especially in mobile phone industry
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in the related fields, experienced in mobile phone industry is preferable.
  • Having experience in Retail and Distribution industry for gadget products would be a plus
  • Strong communication, good in presentation and negotiation skill
  • Strong network and long presence in the sales area
