Qualifications

• 2–4 years' experience in FMCG handling GT & MT.
• Strong knowledge of MT operations and GT distribution.
• Good networking with reputable local FMCG distributors.

Responsibilities

• Appoint and manage local distributors.
• Drive sales growth and achieve area targets.
• Lead GT & MT operations including listings, merchandising, and MSL compliance.
• Strengthen distributor performance, RTM execution, and outlet coverage.
• Ensure strong in-store visibility, POSM execution, and stock availability.
• Lead and develop the sales & merchandising team.
