Job summary

A leading valve and instrumentation supplier in Indonesia is seeking a Technical Sales Engineer to manage product selection and supplier negotiations. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Instrumentation, Physics, Mechanical or Industry Engineering, experience in technical sales, and strong communication skills. Proficiency in SAP and Salesforce is essential. Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Instrumentation, Physics, Mechanical or Industry Engineering.
  • Experience in product selection, technical sales, or application engineering.
  • Good knowledge of valves and standards (ANSI, ASME, ISO, DIN, API).
  • High software application skills including Sizing, CRM, SAP.
  • Good negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Familiar with project document requirements.
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
  • High communication and written correspondence skills.
  • Good level of Computer literacy (Ms. Office).

Responsibilities

  • Select and analyze products based on customer requirements.
  • Negotiate with suppliers for offers.
  • Prepare and verify quotations.
  • Coordinate project codes and SAP documents.
  • Manage Purchase Order drafts and coordinate assembly.
  • Monitor and evaluate suppliers.
  • Support accounting in stock opname.
  • Ensure accurate recording in SAP and Salesforce.
  • Support Sales through customer visits and product training.
