Purpose of the Job

Responsible to conduct stressed and distress loan handling, identify potential problem loans through monitoring of early warning indicator, conduct credit portfolio credit analysis and deep dive exercise. Responsible for material preparation and attend ‘watch list’ call meeting.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Conduct Early Warning mechanism toward bank's portfolio and individual borrowers. Develop recommendations for continuous improvement and support any departmental project or initiatives implementation.
  • Prepare restructuring credit proposal with justified option analysis, liquidation scenario and projection analysis.
  • Work in partnership with various departments inside and outside Global Corporate (legal counsel, independent financial advisor, auditors, etc) to collect information, credit discussion, restructuring plan, syndication lenders meeting in order to compose acceptable restructuring proposal to the bank.
  • Conduct regular portfolio analysis and deep dive exercise to identify potential problem assets in order to avoid potential Non Performing Loan in a timely manner.
  • Handle direct communication with the customers (if necessary) and obtain their financial condition within the scope of credit risk analysis judgment and promoting our Bank’s products and services.
