Air Pricing, Customer Service & Document EXIM

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Air Pricing, Customer Service & Document EXIM specialist to join our team at PT Honour Lane Shipping in Jakarta. This full‑time role is responsible for providing high‑quality customer service and handling all aspects of air freight pricing and documentation for import/export shipments.

What you'll be doing

• Provide and manage air freight rates and pricing with carriers and customers
• Make booking to airlines and frame transit time information
• Ensure that import and export documents are prepared accurately, on time, and in accordance with procedures, especially custom rules
• Liaise with customers, carriers and internal teams to monitor progress and provide updates
• Maintain strong relationships and handle complaints from customers and agents
• Responsible for closing jobs, checking profits, and avoiding monetary losses
• Stay up‑to‑date with regulatory changes

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 years of experience in air freight pricing, customer service, and documentation for import/export shipments, Advantage in USA Trade
• Strong knowledge of air freight industry, regulations, and documentation requirements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with customers and carriers
• Highly organised with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
• Have the ability to use, understand, and manage technology/systems safely and effectively
