Air Customs Clearance Assistant Manager

Our client, one of Indonesia's leading freight forwarding company, is currently looking for an Air Customs Clearance Assistant Manager with extensive experience in the Freight industry.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and ensure the accuracy of air customs clearance documents for import and export shipments.
• Coordinate with customs officers, freight forwarders, and clients to ensure timely clearance.
• Monitor and update CEISA 4.0 and PPJK systems in compliance with Bea Cukai regulations.
• Lead and support the customs clearance team to achieve daily operational targets.
• Ensure compliance with government and company policies on customs procedures.
• Identify and resolve clearance issues efficiently to minimize shipment delays.
• Report and analyze clearance performance, providing recommendations for process improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Air Transportation or Logistics Management
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a global freight forwarding company, specializing in Air Customs Clearance (MUST)
• Strong knowledge of customs clearance procedures, CEISA 4.0, PPJK, and Bea Cukai documentation
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Possess leadership and teamwork abilities with good analytical thinking
• Ambitious, hardworking, and able to perform well under pressure
