Job Description

As an AI Engineering Officer, you\'ll be responsible for identifying high-impact use cases, designing tailored AI/ML solutions, and deploying scalable systems across the organization. Key responsibilities include:

• Collaborating with stakeholders to define measurable AI use cases
• Designing and deploying ML models and generative AI solutions
• Engineering prompts and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines
• Building multi-agent systems using Model Context Protocol (MCP)
• Structuring intelligent agents with Pydantic AI and similar frameworks
• Developing robust ETL pipelines for real-time and historical data
• Prototyping new AI capabilities and sharing knowledge across teams

The Successful Applicant

The successful applicant will bring:

• 3-5+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development
• Strong proficiency in Python and libraries like PyTorch, Hugging Face, and scikit-learn
• Expertise in generative AI, LLM fine-tuning, and prompt engineering
• Familiarity with RAG pipelines, semantic search, and MCP-based multi-agent systems
• Experience with Pydantic AI or similar frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel)
• Bonus: Front-end experience with React.js
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• A degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related fiel
