A leading electric vehicle company in Jakarta Utara seeks an experienced Sales Manager to develop and manage key partnerships for electric vehicle purchases and rentals. The role involves advising partners on optimizing costs and ensuring efficient operations while monitoring competitor activities. Candidates must have a relevant Bachelor's degree, 5+ years in sales preferably in the automotive sector, and excellent communication skills. This position requires travel for client meetings and field activities.
Develop and manage a network of key driver leaders and partners to drive the purchase or rental of VinFast electric vehicles and participation in the XanhPlatform.
Build and expand a fleet network to convert drivers, manage partnerships, gather feedback, and monitor coordination progress between partners and the company.
Advise partners on business solutions aligned with their business models to optimize costs and ensure efficient operations when using electric vehicles; assess needs and propose suitable policies for each partner group.
Monitor competitor activities and present relevant sales policy recommendations to the Board of Directors.
Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of partnerships to ensure strong and sustainable collaboration.
