A leading beauty brand in Jakarta Utara is seeking a skilled KOL/Influencer Manager with at least 1 year of experience. The role involves creating and managing marketing campaigns on TikTok, analyzing trend data, and collaborating with influencers. Fluency in English is required, and a passion for beauty products is preferred. Candidates must be able to work from the office and join ASAP.
Proven min. 1 years of working experience in KOL/Influencer Management or internship experience in beauty industry
Fluent in English, both oral and written.
Experience handling beauty brand promotion or having a broad knowledge of beauty or skincare products is preferred.
Up-to-date with the latest trends and marketing best practices.
Able to join ASAP and willing to do WFO policy.
Define, create, and manage marketing campaigns across awareness, consideration, and conversion using TikTok.
Analyze and identify the best content promotion trend to give further key recommendations in order to discover other ways of reaching customers and drive sales traffic.
Collaborating with KOLs starts from defining the best content promotion trend, and content angle, creating & present the brief, and reviewing their performance.
Understand knowledge about TikTok affiliates / TikTok shop / TikTok commission (desirable)
