Responsibilities

Assist in the timely and accurate completion of month-end and year-end closing processes within the SAP HANA environment, ensuring all financial data is properly reconciled.

General Ledger (GL) Management: Prepare, review, and post journal entries and manage the integrity of the General Ledger in SAP.

Perform and review complex account reconciliations (e.g., bank, intercompany, balance sheet accounts) with an emphasis on using SAP tools for faster data analysis.

Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) and supporting schedules for management review, utilizing SAP HANA's reporting capabilities.

Accounts Payable/Receivable: Oversee and manage daily AP and AR operations, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded and processed in SAP.

Tax Journal Entries & Reconciliation: Prepare and post tax-related journal entries, reconcile all tax accounts (deferred tax assets/liabilities, taxes payable), and ensure alignment with the GL data in SAP.

Audit Support: Coordinate and assist with internal and external financial audits, preparing necessary documentation and responding to auditor inquiries, often by generating reports directly from SAP HANA.

Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis tasks, leveraging SAP's financial planning and analysis tools.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

4-5 years of progressive accounting and tax experience with Japanese Manufacturing experiences.

SAP HANA/S/4HANA Experience (Mandatory): Hands‑on working experience with SAP HANA or SAP S/4HANA Finance is required, particularly with core modules like:

FI (Financial Accounting): General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA).

CO (Controlling/Management Accounting): Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting.

Hold Brevet A,B, and C

Advanced Data Skills: Proficiency in generating and analyzing reports using SAP HANA's embedded analytics or reporting tools.

Microsoft Excel: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data modeling).

Willing to work at Cikarang area.
