About the role

We are seeking an experienced Accounting and Tax Senior Staff to join our team at Property Developher in Bali. As a full‑time member of our finance department, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the accuracy and compliance of our financial records and tax obligations.

What you'll be doing

• Preparing and reviewing monthly financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
• Ensuring accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions
• Reconciling bank accounts and other relevant accounts
• Calculating and filing all necessary tax returns and payments, including income tax, VAT, and other relevant taxes
• Providing financial analysis and recommendations to management
• Assisting with the preparation of budgets and forecasts
• Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to provide financial support and insights
• Maintaining and improving financial policies, procedures, and internal controls

What we’re looking for

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in an accounting and tax role, preferably within the construction, property industry and export import
• Strong understanding of Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Proficiency in using financial software and spreadsheet applications
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressureExcellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field
