About the role

We are seeking a talented Accounting and Finance Officer to join our dynamic team at PT Suto Itec Indonesia in our central Jakarta office. This full‑time role will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the overall finance and accounting functions of the company.

What you’ll be doing

• Ensuring accurate and timely processing of financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries
• Preparing monthly financial statements, reconciliations, and other reporting as needed
• Posting accounting journal to the company’s financial system
• Managing and overseeing accounts receivable
• Maintaining comprehensive and organised financial records and documentation
• Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to provide financial insights and analysis
• Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing solutions

What we’re looking for

• Relevant bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• At least 2–3 years of experience in an accounting or finance role
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail
• Proficiency in financial accounting software (e.g., Odoo, Accurate, etc.)
• English communication skills, written and spoken
• A team player with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines
