We are looking for a motivated Account Executive to drive business growth through a combination of account management and new client acquisition. This role focuses on maintaining long‑term relationships with existing clients while proactively identifying new opportunities both within assigned accounts and from new prospects. You’ll work closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver IT consulting solutions such as Salesforce, Zendesk, Zoho, and Google Workspace that help businesses work smarter and grow faster.
Serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring excellent client communication and satisfaction.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through referrals, networking, and inbound/outbound activities.
Develop a strong understanding of client business needs and industry challenges, positioning the right IT solutions to create value.
Collaborate with presales and technical teams to create tailored proposals, demos, and solution recommendations.
Build and execute account plans to retain existing clients, increase revenue through upselling/cross‑selling, and attract new clients.
Partner with technology vendors (Salesforce, Zendesk, Zoho, Google Workspace) to leverage tools, resources, and joint marketing activities.
Monitor project delivery, resolve client concerns, and ensure solutions meet expectations.
Stay informed on market trends, competitors, and new technologies to anticipate client needs and support consultative selling.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field with minimum 2 years of experience in IT sales, SaaS, or digital consulting and exposure to both account management and business development.
Proven success in achieving sales targets through a mix of client retention and new business acquisition.
Familiar with CRM, cloud, and workflow solutions particularly Salesforce, Zendesk, Zoho, or Google Workspace.
Excellent verbal and written communication with the ability to engage and influence clients at multiple levels.
Strong ability to identify client challenges and recommend relevant IT consulting solutions.
Skilled in facilitating productive client conversations to uncover needs and position the right IT solutions.
Results‑oriented, self‑motivated, and eager to pursue new business opportunities while maintaining strong client relationships.
