A leading care provider in Bradford is seeking an Apprentice Support Worker to provide care for vulnerable adults. This role includes training to earn a level 2 care worker qualification and offers competitive pay starting at £8.60 per hour, increasing upon completion of the apprenticeship. The ideal candidate is driven, compassionate, and eager to empower service users while gaining valuable experience in a supportive environment.
We are looking for an Apprentice Support Worker with a drive to support and improve the lives of the vulnerable adults in our care at Beacon.
You'll be working and learning, earning a level 2 care worker qualification, a diploma in health and social care and the care certificate, over a period of 15 months. You'll work 3 12 hour shifts per week, with a learning day every second week, which works out to 42 hours per week across the month.
Beacon House is a specialist residential service in West Yorkshire. We support individuals with learning disabilities, autism, complex needs and behaviours that may challenge.
