Overview

We are looking for compassionate Care Assistants / Support Workers to join our dedicated Domiciliary/Home care team at Caring Hands Nottingham Ltd. You will provide quality, person-centred care to our clients in their own homes across Loughborough, Coalville, Leicester, and the surrounding areas.

Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with personal care and activities of daily living.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support.
  • Help with medication administration.
  • Assist in the development and follow individualised care plans.
  • Meal preparation and daily household tasks, including cleaning.
  • Support clients with activities, community access, appointments, and days out.
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients.
  • Offer an outstanding service that is safe, caring, responsive, effective, and well-led.
Comprehensive support and development
  • Fully Paid Shadowing to build your confidence.
  • Support to complete your Care Certificate.
  • Support to complete NVQs for career progression.
  • Refer a Friend scheme.
Requirements
  • A full UK driving licence and access to your own car is essential.
  • A genuine passion for helping others and a caring attitude.
  • Experience: care assistant: 1 year (preferred but not essential)
  • Driving Licence (required)
  • Work authorisation: United Kingdom (required)
