Job summary
A leading specialist lender based in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Underwriter to assess and underwrite property finance applications. The ideal candidate will have experience in property-related lending and strong risk assessment skills. This role offers a competitive salary of £40K-£50K, a chance for career progression, and the flexibility of one-day work from home. The successful candidate will join a supportive team and play a key role in ensuring smooth case progression within the underwriting function.

- Maintain clear communications with Brokers and Solicitors.
- Prepare Lending Recommendations and document decisions.
- Support process improvements in the underwriting function.
