£16 - £18 per hour + Overtime x1.5 + Early finish on Fridays
Monday - Friday

Due to continued growth and the securing of major contracts, my exclusive client is recruiting for a Senior Quality Inspector that they can train and develop into a Test & Inspection Manager.

You will be responsible for the testing and inspection of cable assemblies for a genuine market leader that supplies into the Aerospace, Automotive, Marine, and Medical sectors, to name a few.

This role would suit a motivated engineer looking for first-class industry training that will see them progress quickly into a senior leadership role.

The Candidate:

1. Previous experience in Test & Inspection for a manufacturing/production company
2. Must be able to demonstrate leadership capabilities
3. Must live a commutable distance from Silverstone

The Role:

1. Testing and inspecting bespoke products for the Aerospace, Automotive, Marine, and Medical sectors
2. Senior inspector being developed into the Test & Inspection Manager
3. Working for an 'investors of people' company with an exceptional in-house training team
