We are currently looking for two Senior Building Inspectors (ideally Class 2A-F) to join our team. We operate in a highly competitive marketplace, providing a high-quality service to both the businesses and communities of Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly.
The current opportunities are primarily based in our site inspection team, but consideration would also be given to applicants interested in remote plan checking work.
Each of our inspection areas is provided with a dedicated pool car.
The plan checking role can be based remotely, anywhere within the UK.

Whilst the formal location/work‑base for this role is our Bodmin office, the Building Control team are mainly home based. We also have office bases across Cornwall.
