OPERATIONAL ROLES AND RESPONSIBILIES DEFINED

Answering to - Managing Director (operationally) and Quality Manager (quality control)

MAIN ROLE

• Manage inspection load
• First off inspection
• Final inspection
• Dimensional reports
• In process inspection and sampling
• Management of inspection equipment, calibration
• Input into rcca for internal issues
• Input into rcca for customer rejects
• Goods inward inspection of parts, material and treatments
• Programming of CMM using MCOSMOS
• Program control of CMM programmes
• Fair dimensional build up for sign off

Development Path

• Training to quality engineer standard and input into QA
