Salary: £50,000
Are you a Team Assistant with secretarial/PA experience gained within the financial services sector?
Do you enjoy working in a professional, fast-paced, and client-facing environment?
Our client is a leader in Financial Services and is looking for a true team player to support MDs and a small team.
What you’ll be doing day-to-day:
- Managing busy diaries
- Liaising with clients and coordinating meetings
- Organising client hospitality
- Travel arrangements
- Handling invoices and expenses
- CRM tasks, Desk admin
The skills you need to bring:
- Solid Team Assistant (PA) experience from the Financial Services sector
- Ability to stay calm under pressure
- Team player and a sense of humour
- Positive self-starter
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Strong MS Office skills
