• Lead cross-functional engineering teams to deliver robust technical solutions that meet project goals and client expectations.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to engineers and specialists, ensuring consistent quality and professional growth.
• Serve as the primary technical contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and clear communication throughout project lifecycles.
• Manage the creation and approval of engineering documentation, ensuring alignment with industry codes and internal standards.
• Promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement across all engineering activities.

• Significant experience managing engineering teams and delivering complex mechanical projects to high standards.
• Proven ability to mentor and develop engineering talent while maintaining technical excellence.
• Strong track record in producing and validating engineering deliverables such as specifications, reports, and calculations.
• Deep understanding of relevant engineering codes, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Demonstrated success in client-facing roles, resolving technical challenges and supporting strategic initiatives.
