Are you from a plant hire background and looking for the opportunity to run a growing business department where you will have full autonomy?

Do you have experience developing new business and want to work for an international company who will invest you and the plant hire department to support growth?

This company specialise in the sale and design of bespoke water treatment equipment for municipal and industrial clients. Alongside, they also operate a Plant Hire arm of the business, which this role will be oversee and have full autonomy to run.

In this role the successful candidate will take full responsibility for the company's Plant Hire department where they will have full autonomy and be shape the future direction of the department. They will ensure continuous growth of the department by identifying new business opportunities as well as retain the existing client base.

This is an ideal role for someone with good plant hire experience who is looking to step up and utilise their business development skills to take ownership of the growth of a business unit.
