- Manage student behaviour and ensure lessons run smoothly

- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Flexibility and confidence to adapt to different school environments
- A valid Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
- Experience working with young people is preferred (e.g. in schools, youth work, tutoring, coaching)
