Job summary
A leading materials handling solutions provider in the UK is seeking a Service Coordinator for their Maidenhead location. In this role, you will allocate field service engineers to service requests, manage departmental administration in the absence of the supervisor, and ensure fast response times for repairs and maintenance. Strong customer service skills are essential as you will handle incoming inquiries and maintain effective communication. This position offers an opportunity to play a pivotal role in client support and service excellence.
Responsibilities
- Allocate field service engineers & technicians to incoming service requests.
- Assume full authority & responsibility of the service department in Service Supervisor's absence.
- Advise and assist in the service department administration as 2nd in charge.
- Direct and schedule field service engineers for repairs & maintenance.
- Deal with incoming enquiries and customer service calls.
