A leading logistics company in Dartford is seeking a Warehouse/Forklift Operative to join their team. This full-time role involves picking, packing, and sorting orders in a fast-paced environment, with no weekend work required. Candidates should have a Forklift Truck License and experience in warehouse operations. The position offers a competitive salary and generous benefits, including 33 days of annual leave and a strong pension scheme.

Shift patterns: Monday - Friday, 6am-2pm / 8am-4pm / 9am-5pm. No weekends or Bank Holiday working required.

Pay Rate: Salary £26,953.32. Additional Payments On call Premium up to £1,544.40 PA, Annual Bonus up to £1,300.00 PA.

- Picking, packing and sorting orders in a fast-paced environment
- Getting hands-on with manual tasks, from handling to loading and unloading
- General housekeeping of the warehouse
- A valid Forklift Truck & Counterbalance License (Desirable)
- Manual Handling Equipment (MHE) experience
- Experience working in a Warehouse environment
- Is able to drive and have access to own vehicle and within 40 minutes to site
- PC literate, good working knowledge of Microsoft Packages
