We're hiring Warehouse Operatives to work on a 4 days on, 4 days off rota with 12-hour shifts in Park Royal area. Flexibility is essential as this role includes working weekends on a rotating schedule.

Shift Hours:

• Morning Shift: 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM
• Night Shift: 8:00 PM - 8:00 AM

Pay Rates:

• Morning Shift: £13.00 per hour
• Night Shift: £13.50 per hour

Become a trained operator and earn an additional £0.50 per hour.

• Accurately pick pharmaceutical products and materials according to orders and batch numbers

• Pack items securely and neatly to meet quality and safety standards

• Inspect products for damage, expiry dates, and correct labelling before packing

• Maintain accurate records of picked and packed items using scanning or inventory systems

• Follow all health, safety, and hygiene protocols, especially regarding pharmaceutical handling

• Ensure work areas are clean, organised, and compliant with company and regulatory standards

• Assist with stock replenishment and stock rotation to maintain inventory accuracy

• Report any discrepancies, damaged goods, or supply issues promptly to supervisors

• Support the team with other warehouse tasks as required to meet daily production targets

• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including security and confidentiality standards

Requirements needed for Warehouse Operatives:

• Full flexibility to work mornings, nights, and weekends based on the 4/4 rota system

• Reliability and commitment to shift work
