Leading professional services organisation seeks Associate Director to join their highly skilled in-house legal team in London.

An opportunity to join a supportive and dynamic team, in a varied role supporting all levels of the organisation across service lines and the full range of internal business functions. It will be to engage on both the client and supplier side, providing commercial and facilitative advice with the opportunity to be the legal lead on firm-wide projects, working closely with the business.

Support all levels of the organisation across service lines and the full range of internal business functions.

Over 8 years' PQE and proven experience as a commercial lawyer from a top-tier City law firm and/or in-house. Demonstrable experience negotiating, drafting and advising across a range of commercial contracts, preferably within a professional services environment or similar.

The ideal candidate will be versatile, efficient, credible, persuasive, with the ability to prioritise and adapt to changing circumstances in a fast-paced environment.
