One of our biotech clients is seeking a Process Development Scientist to support their work.

The client has experienced considerable year-on-year growth, and we have worked extensively with them, placing over 40 people into their teams with positive feedback. They are a large biotech company focusing on pioneering research, with 11% growth in the last two years and an average employee tenure of over 6 years. They are committed to maintaining a driven and positive workplace.

The role involves working as a scientist focusing on injectable drug product process development. The successful candidate will serve as the technical expert for drug product manufacturing processes. Responsibilities include designing drug product development activities to generate data and information to support clinical trial work.

1. Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in liquid drug product development and/or manufacturing.
2. Technical knowledge of sterile drug product development, including drug product components, process transfer, scale-up, and optimization, is an advantage.
