A large acute teaching hospital in Southampton is seeking proactive individuals for admin roles in Gynaecology, Urogynaecology, and Symptomatic Breast teams. These positions require providing excellent customer service to patients, building working relationships, and ensuring effective administrative support. Ideal candidates will have a good standard of education, customer service experience, and be proficient in Microsoft Office. We are seeking multiple highly motivated and proactive individuals to fulfil various admin roles within our busy admin office. We have vacancies in both the Gynaecology and Urogynaecology admin teams and also the Symptomatic Breast Admin team who all work closely together at Princess Anne Hospital.
All these roles will mean that you will provide excellent customer service to patients, relatives and carers. You will build good working relationships with the Consultants, the rest of the Admin Team and Nursing staff.
You will need excellent communication skills as you will be dealing with the patients by phone, email and face to face.
