A leading NHS healthcare provider in Southampton is hiring an Admin Booking Clerk to deliver excellent customer service and manage patient bookings. The successful candidate will need strong communication skills and administrative experience, working on-site in a dynamic team environment. Key duties include coordinating appointments and maintaining patient records. The role requires a good standard of education and proficiency in Microsoft Office, along with a commitment to patient care and teamwork. Full-time hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm.

Main duties of the job
We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive individual to fulfil the role of Admin Booking Clerk with-in our busy TRC department. Your job role will mean that you will build a good working relationship with the Consultants, the rest of the Admin Team and Nursing staff.
You will need good communications skills as you will be dealing with the patients by phone, email and face to face.
The successful candidate will be joining TRC as part of the booking team based at Southampton General Hospital.
Unfortunately there is no flexibility to consider a job share or part time hours.
Your core hours of working will be Mon-Fri, 8am to 4pm.
