Through assessing individual learner's strengths and areas for improvement, you can develop personalised learning plans to facilitate their progress. Moreover, your aim should be to inspire and motivate students, fostering a positive and supportive learning environment to help them achieve their goals. Together, these efforts contribute to creating an effective and enriching educational experience for all involved.

• Teaching Qualifications - minimum Level 3 Education & Training or above and hold a Level 2/GCSE qualification in English and Mathematics.
• Experience teaching Functional skills in English and Mathematics.
• Excellent time management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build rapport with students of all backgrounds.
• Creative approach to teaching
• Passion for helping others succeed and a commitment to inclusive education
