Fund Finance Associate (3–5 PQE) - Elite US Law Firm, London

On behalf of a top-tier US law firm, we are exclusively mandated to identify a high-performing Fund Finance Associate to join their growing London office.

The team sits at the heart of the firm’s global fund formation and finance capability and regularly acts for a sophisticated client base of leading private equity sponsors, credit fund managers, and institutional investors. With increasing demand and a robust pipeline of mandates across NAV facilities, subscription lines, hybrid facilities, and GP-led financings, the London group is now seeking to hire a mid-level associate to further bolster the practice.

Candidate Profile:

• 3–5 years' post-qualification experience from a leading City, US, or international firm.
• Strong grounding in fund finance is essential, with experience in subscription credit facilities, NAV-based lending or similar structures.
• A strong academic record, commercial instinct, and proven ability to manage transactions and interface with clients.
• International candidates with relevant UK work rights are welcome.
