We are seeking a professional to join our National Innovation Incentives Team in an Assistant Manager capacity. The successful candidate will support the delivery of R&D tax relief and Patent Box claims, along with wider intellectual property advisory engagements for clients across all sectors (from start-ups to owner‑managed businesses and multinational organisations).
The individual will be expected to play a core role in technical analysis, client engagement and onboarding, claim preparation (inc. technical interviews), initial reviews of work delivered by junior members of the team, and business development support. In addition, you will coach and mentor more junior staff, contribute to quality and risk management, and collaborate with other areas of the business.
