We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, experienced Receptionist/Admin Assistant to join our friendly team based within Radiology at UHND. The successful candidate should provide consistent outstanding care and exemplary service to our patients and visitors, arrange appointments and liaise with all involved in the imaging process to ensure the best service for our patients.

• Excellent communication, organisational and investigative skills
• Flexible approach to tasks with experience working in a busy office environment
• Excellent interpersonal skills, dedication, confidence and diplomacy
• Patient administration experience and ability to adapt to change while managing and prioritising a heavy workload in a fast developing environment
• Organised and flexible, able to work individually and as part of a wider team

Radiology is a busy department providing X‑Ray, CT, MRI, Fluoroscopy and Ultrasound services, delivering diagnostic services to our hospital sites using both specific Radiology IT packages alongside Trustwide systems to provide integrated care.
