Sales Support Specialist

Salary: £28,750 + bonus

Contract: Full-time, permanent

Are you a people person who loves helping customers and getting stuck into the details? If so, this could be the perfect role for you. Axon Moore is working with a thriving, family-run business to find a Sales Support Specialist to join their bespoke products team.

This is a hands‑on role where no two days are the same. You'll be supporting business customers, helping turn their ideas into reality, and working alongside a friendly, collaborative team that's always ready to lend a hand. Full training is provided, so even if you haven't worked with bespoke products before, you'll be set up to succeed.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Helping customers over the phone and email, providing advice and support
  • Building great relationships with B2B clients
  • Producing quotes and processing bespoke orders using an ERP system
  • Reading customer diagrams and translating them using CAD software
  • Working with internal teams to solve any issues quickly and efficiently
  • Sharing ideas to help improve processes and the customer experience
What We're Looking For
  • Experience in customer service or sales support (B2B is a bonus)
  • Confident communicator, both written and verbal
  • Organised and able to juggle multiple tasks without missing a beat
  • Positive, proactive and willing to learn
  • Someone who enjoys being part of a team but can work independently too
