Warehouse Transport Admin – We have a number of openings for working as Transport Admin for our prestigious client in Worksop. Are you looking for a job that offers long term development? - Manton Wood, Sherwood Drive, Worksop, S80 3FY.
- Planning and scheduling deliveries and pickups, ensuring timely transport of goods
- Preparing and processing shipping documents, such as invoices, bills of lading and customs forms
- Monitoring inventory levels and ensuring accurate stock records
- Processing orders and ensuring timely fulfilment
- Warehouse Management System - maintaining and updating WMS
- Communicating with customers and suppliers regarding delivery schedules, tracking and any issues
- General admin duties: scanning, photocopying, data input etc.
- Monday-Sunday-Thursday 22:00-06:00
- £14.23 per hour (first 12 weeks)
- £15.57 per hour (post 12 weeks)
- Overtime paid at x1.5 rate after 37.5 hours worked
