A leading consulting firm in the UK is seeking a Logistics Transformation Director to drive business transformation initiatives within Supply Chain. As a result of increased market demand for our services, we are seeking an experienced senior consulting executive to lead on our Logistics Business Transformation advisory programmes within Supply Chain; with a solid track record of consulting business engagements and E2E business transformation delivery for clients. The role shall sit within our Intelligent Industry practice, to enable the growth of this capability, therefore Industry expertise in CPRD (Consumer Products, Retail & Distribution), Defence, MALS (Manufacturing, Automotive & Life Sciences) or ETU (Energy, Transition & Utilities) sectors is essential.
Mandatory requirement: must be able to scope, position, sell and deliver full end‑to‑end consulting services from pure Logistics & Distribution strategy, diagnostics and rapid cost reduction analyses through to broader operating model, GBS design and transformation programmes.
In addition to the mandatory requirement(s) you will possess an entrepreneurial mindset with a pronounced capability to understand the business impact of Supply Chain and Logistics technology transformation. You will understand the implications of change for client executives and their teams; and be able to guide them through their transformation journey. We are searching for an individual comfortable discussing both established and new/emerging technology and data‑driven business models, and setting up associated business transformation programmes, leveraging the full suite of Capgemini’s products and services.
The Logistics Transformation Director is a self‑motivated, highly analytical and strategic individual who comes with a ‘hands on’, pragmatic approach. They are a team player who enjoys building and developing teams with a high degree of collaborative and innovative spirit.
You will be working alongside our established technical architects, digital specialists, consultants, BPO and engineers to deliver innovative solutions for our clients.

Whilst you will have London, Manchester or Glasgow as an office base location, you must be fully flexible in terms of assignment location, as these roles may involve periods of time away from home at short notice.
