About The Role

As the Senior Tender Manager at Bolt Business, you’ll play a critical role in scaling our private sector tendering strategy. Reporting to the Global Commercial Operations Manager, you’ll identify high-value opportunities, lead standout proposals, and work cross-functionally with teams across product, sales, legal, and operations.

This role is ideal if you're a structured, commercially minded professional who enjoys building systems, aligning stakeholders, and winning complex deals in competitive markets.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Map and monitor private sector tender opportunities across Europe and selected Africa/APAC markets, surfacing high-priority deals.
• Define and lead Bolt's global tender strategy, aligning market fit with internal capabilities to maximise win potential.
• Lead tender submissions, collaborating across functions including public policy, legal, sales, product, operations, and supply.
• Develop a scalable, self-serve tender framework with tools, templates, and best practices for regional teams.
• Build and maintain a centralised library of resources such as past submissions, case studies, and approval workflows.
• Optimise the end-to-end tender process through data-driven tracking, win-rate analysis, and iterative improvements.
  
  
  

About you:

• You have solid experience managing tenders, bids, or proposals in a commercial B2B setting, ideally across multiple markets.
• You’re highly analytical, structured, and process-oriented with a proven ability to turn complex requirements into winning strategies.
• You communicate effectively across teams and bring together diverse inputs to deliver high-quality submissions.
• You understand private procurement platforms and frameworks, and can proactively identify the most relevant opportunities.
• You balance commercial potential with execution realities, choosing tenders where Bolt can truly deliver.
• You’re excited about building systems and tooling that help others scale their work efficiently.
• Experience in mobility, logistics, or tech-enabled services is a plus, as is familiarity with tender platforms and procurement processes.
