The Chief Finance Officer (CFO) at Transport for London (TfL) oversees the organisation’s budget to ensure sustainable funding for short-, medium- and long-term goals, including delivering the Mayor’s Transport Strategy. The CFO ensures financial stewardship across TfL’s business plan and Investment Programme and leads the Procurement & Commercial, Technology Products, and Operations functions.
