Job summary
A leading pharmaceutical company in the UK seeks a Consumer Engagement Strategist B2B for a 12-month contract. This role involves understanding B2B consumer dynamics, developing long-term engagement strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree and over 7 years of consumer marketing experience. The position is hybrid-based in Basingstoke, requiring onsite presence 2/3 days per week.

CK Group is recruiting for a Consumer Engagement Strategist B2B to join a company in the pharmaceutical industry on a contract basis for 12 months.
Salary: From 25.60 to 34.14 per hour PAYE.
- Build understanding of the consumer within the B2B space; segmentation, personas, landscape, ability to operate & regulatory environment.
- Develop the strategy for consumer engagement plans for next 5yrs.
- Developing a clear test and learn pilot plan for working with B2B Partners.
- Work with internal cross-functional teams to drive capability, clarity, communication and alignment on the consumer campaigns e.g. Marketing, Market research, Digital, Sales, Medical Affairs, Legal and external partners (Agency, Vendors).
- Bachelor's degree
- Proven experience of over 7+ years in consumer marketing.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a track record of building and motivating high-performing teams.
- In-depth knowledge of consumer data, insights & planning techniques and tools.
- Experience working with agencies: media, creative & research.
- High proficiency in data analysis and interpretation, with the ability to derive actionable insights from marketing analytics.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Resilience & experience in driving consumer transformation within a healthcare setting.
Our client is one of the largest pharmaceutical companies in the world. They focus on finding answers for some of the world's most urgent medical needs.
This role is based at our clients site in Basingstoke for 2/3 days per week, and remote the rest of the week.
