Qualifications

• Must provide appropriate clinical leadership to a multidisciplinary ward team.
• Will complete frailty assessments of patients in the Emergency Department.
• Must have virtual ward community experience.

Responsibilities

• Run ward rounds on the virtual ward with the support of a Staff Grade doctor or SpR.
• Complete frailty assessments of patients at the 'front door'.
• Provide clinical expertise linking with community services to support patient care.
