A leading NHS Trust in England is seeking a Clinical Coding Audit Manager to oversee internal clinical coding audits and ensure data integrity across the organization. The ideal candidate should be an Accredited Clinical Coding Auditor with strong leadership skills and an expert grasp of National Clinical Coding Standards. Responsibilities include managing audit programs, mentoring trainee auditors, and collaborating within a multidisciplinary team to maintain high coding quality. This role is essential for driving innovation in coding practices.
