Responsibilities
- Build and deliver smart, creative, data-driven search strategies.
- Tune Algolia or similar for relevant search results.
- Shape brand listings and product ranking using AI logic.
- Own and iterate A/B experiments to prove uplift.
- Identify and resolve customer pain points effectively.
- Present weekly trading insights confidently.
