A reputable recruitment agency seeks a Factory Manager with extensive manufacturing experience for a role in Leicester. This opportunity involves overseeing factory operations, prioritising client orders, and coordinating teams to meet deadlines. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in factory management and reside locally or be willing to commute. Competitive salary range is between £55,000 and £60,000, complemented by bonuses, private medical, and generous holidays.

Are you a Factory Manager from a manufacturing background looking for an integral role within a well-established company where you will directly supervise an expanding operation?
