The team regularly takes on a range of cross-border matters, from some of the big-ticket M&A transactions in the market to merger controls, abuse of dominance and market structures.
The team works across a range of sectors, from telecoms and pharmaceuticals to investment groups and private equity funds.
The firm is accepting applications from those with at least two years of experience post-qualification in an elite competition practice. A strong academic background is also required.
