Job Description

This is a national B2B sales role focused on driving new business growth for occupational health services under a well-established brand. The successful candidate will target blue‑collar sectors such as utilities and telecoms, where work cannot be mechanised, and build strong relationships with HR and Procurement teams. You'll execute a "land and expand" strategy, winning initial pilot contracts and growing them into multi‑site partnerships. This is an opportunity for a hungry, ambitious sales professional to join a fast‑growing, PE‑backed organisation with a clear path to leadership within 12‑18 months.

Responsibilities
  • Hunting for new opportunities across multiple industries with high MSK risk
  • Building strategic relationships with HR and Procurement decision‑makers
  • Delivering compelling pitches that position preventive health solutions as a business‑critical investment
  • Executing a land‑and‑expand strategy—secure initial pilots, then scale accounts into multi‑site partnerships
  • Representing the brand at industry events and networking forums
  • Collaborating with leadership on major deals and handing over accounts to the Account Management team post‑sale
  • Managing a robust pipeline of approx. 150 target companies and reporting directly to the Group MD

The Successful Applicant

We are looking for a commercially driven sales professional with proven success in B2B new business development, ideally selling into health & safety, occupational health, or related sectors.

  • Hybrid working – 2/3 days minimum in the Leeds office (5 if you really want to!)
